Dinorider

another animation workshop short...
I just love this one too!

An animated short film by: Peter Lopes Andersson

STORY:
A kid with a pent-up anger and a dinosaur in his pocket gets fed up with adults. A rock n´ roll animation short about not loving your neighbour.

I have a friend working on a new animated show for MTV.  Evidently, MTV is bringing back Beavis and Butthead and developing some new shows for their animated segments like they used to have in the 80's.  This piece would fit into that bit nicely.  I encourage the filmmakers/animators to submit!

The Backwater Gospel

ummm, wow...

this one made my art blog too, cuz its just so damn good!
Warning:  it's "kinda" violent.

“As long as anyone can remember, the coming of The Undertaker has meant the coming of death. Until one day the grim promise fails and tension builds as the God fearing townsfolk of Backwater wait for someone to die.”

I am so impressed, I decided to post the director's reel here too.

Superman Classic

A Robb Pratt traditionally animated fan film that combines
classic elements from Superman through the ages.

Banksy Simpsons

Sorry. I haven't posted much, lately. Been working a lot of hours and going to school at the same time. Been feeling like the unicorn in this Simpsons Intro.

I guess Fox turned down the Rupert Murdoch portrait hidden behind the t-shirt scene or the skeletal dipping of the animation cel into the toxic drums.

Stitch in the Rain

This is how I have felt most of the holidays...
will be so glad when it stops raining.

God Bless America Stitch is cute.

Thought of You

Gorgeous lines of action by Ryan Woodward. This just shows you how important reference is... but to not be a slave to it and to embellish it and heighten the entertainment with your artistry to create something really beautiful.

Wisdom Teeth - Don Hertzfeldt

THIS IS A PAIN OF UNREASONABLE PROPORTIONS.

seriouslym this is probably the most disturbing of all Hertzfeld's.
He is the master of how long he can push a moment.
...glad he is back.

NBC Peacock Thanksgiving

TODOR & PETRU

This film was produced by five students from Gobelins school of image (BASTIE Remi, Nicolas Dehghani, Jonathan DJOB Nkondo, Nicholas and Jeremy PEGON WORST) as part of a traineeship at "WIZZ Design.

This is a lot of fun... this piece looks better than most
commercials out there and they are students!
